On-Site Research and Development
At Anko Products, innovation is at the heart of everything we do.
Our on-site research and development (R&D) department plays an integral role in the lifecycle of each product we manufacture. We believe in constantly monitoring and modifying our processes to produce longer-lasting parts that provide better solutions for our customers.
New Product Development
Before a new product is developed, our R&D department conducts a thorough study to determine production costs, product specifications and a production timeline. Many of our engineering team’s solutions are conceived not by direct requests from customers, but by close observation of industry trends and market needs. This research paves the way for product development by ensuring that every component we produce exceeds the expectations of our customers.
Along with new product development, R&D regularly evaluates our existing products to ensure they still deliver optimal performance. We work closely with our customers to demonstrate how our pumps and gearmotors maintain accurate, safe and reliable transfer, metering and dosing duties over the lifetime of the equipment. After rigorous testing and sampling procedures, we can determine if any changes or upgrades to products or processes are needed. For our clients, this means top-performing components in a time-sensitive, cost-efficient manner. Being an ISO 9001: 2008 certified company, specifies certain requirements within, which allows us to demonstrate our capabilities to consistently provide product and services to meet customer requirements, enhancing customer satisfaction and opening the way for continual improvement.
Our experienced engineering team works with our customers to develop the right components to perform their tasks successfully. This begins with identifying each customer’s unique requirements and selecting the parts to fit their application. For customized projects, we modify components and provide a working sample to ensure accuracy and reliability. Once samples are tested and approved, we can mass-produce your parts to your exact needs.
