Contact Us We ask that you contact our customer service team at 800-446-2656 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to get instructions on how to return your item(s) to us. We'll need to know your order number (found on the packing slip or invoice) and the reason for the return.
Our customers use our products with a wide range of chemicals, some of these chemicals can be harmful. To protect our employees who are handling the returned merchandise, a product safety form may be required for some returns. Our Customer Service Team will let you know if this applies to your return.
Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns for credit must be in new condition, include original outer packaging, inner packing materials, original manuals, instructions, warnings and warranties as well as any software or accessories included if applicable. Product returns for products ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus any applicable charges for necessary inspection, reworking or refurbishing.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within five (5) business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
