ANKO Products and its associated subsidiaries have been recertified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard with zero findings of major or minor nonconformities.
The four-day recertification audit ran September 21–24, 2026, at our Parkland Drive facility. It was conducted on site by DQS, an ANAB-accredited certification body, and covered every process in our quality management system. The auditor's overall verdict: our existing systems are fully effective and meet every requirement of the standard.
What the Independent Auditor Saw
All nine audited processes were found conforming, from design and molding through motor, pump and valve assembly to shipping. The auditor singled out strong top-management involvement, a knowledgeable and experienced workforce, and a clean, well-organized facility.
Our ongoing quality tracking systems backed that up:

Every assembly is 100% tested against its drawing before it ships, and all testing equipment is operational. Customer scorecards reviewed during the audit rated our quality and delivery between 95% and 100%.
The auditor also noted improvements made as part of our continuous improvement plans: more robust quality planning, new inspection areas with supporting equipment, metric boards on the floor, and layered process audits.
What's Next
Zero findings is not the finish line, and our continuous improvement program drives ongoing betterment across our organization.
We're also looking ahead to ISO 9001:2026, released in mid-September 2026. Certified organizations have three years to transition, and we're planning ours now. Our next DQS surveillance audit is scheduled for September 2027.
