Returns & Warranty Claim Process
To begin the return process, please complete the form available on our Contact Us page. Upon approval, our Customer Service Team will reach out with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) instructions.
Customers use our products with a wide range of chemicals, some of which chemicals can be harmful. To protect our employees, a product safety form may be required before shipping. Our customer service team will inform you if this applies.
Return Policy
Our return period is 30 days, beginning from the date of delivery. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. All returns for credit must be in new condition, including all original packaging, manuals, instructions, and any provided software or accessories. Returns for products ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any applicable charges for necessary inspection, reworking, or refurbishing.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed online may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Cancellations can be requested through your account orders page.
Warranty Returns
Customers making a claim on their warranty should follow the process outlined in the first section. Claims made on in-warranty products will be provided with a return label from our customer service team. To determine if your product is in-warranty, please review our Warranty Policy or consult the warranty card (if provided).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment method within five business days.

For product returns made in error, you are responsible for paying your shipping costs. Shipments made with a Collect on Delivery option will be rejected. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from it. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
