Description

The A300B-DH is a dual-head peristaltic pump designed for applications requiring high flows or 1:1 proportional metering and mixing. It features a metal constructed gearbox and rotor, friction-reducing rollers, polycarbonate pump housing, and a 36mm brushless DC motor with an internal controller.

The pump can utilize direct voltage for simple fixed-speed applications, or be paired with our OEM Brushless Controller for 25:1+ speed control and other basic functions. For those utilizing their own controls, standard wire leads provide access to direction control, frequency generator, PWM controller and brake.

A300 Series pumps can be ordered to utilize Performance Class Tubing (A301 Models) or Premium Class Tubing (A302 Models), providing the flexibility to perform in a wide range of applications. The pump ships with samples of 1/4”, 3/16” & 1/8” bore Norprene® tubing according to the model type selected.

      • Minimum flow rates are approximately 5% of rated voltage flows when regulated with OEM Brushless Controller.
      • Flow rates are for guidance purposes only and are based upon pumping ambient temperature (22°C/72°F) water at zero pressure and zero lift. Rates may increase/decrease based upon numerous factors including: motor variances, tubing characteristics, fluid viscosity, lift height, pressure and number of rollers.
